My apartment had undergone very major structural work 8 years ago, and I really liked the result but I found that the finishes lacked finesse, with a classic decoration and a little too basic for an apartment of this standing. Furthermore, I wanted to install air conditioning and replace the original shutters with electric roller shutters.
