Contemporary duplex apartment in the Pays de Gex with views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc: renovation and custom interior design by an interior architect
Located in Grilly, in the heart of the Pays de Gex, this contemporary duplex boasts exceptional views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. This renovation and interior design project reflects a demanding approach, combining clean lines, optimized space, and showcasing the high-end furniture already owned by the clients.
A contemporary renovation between lake and mountain.
The duplex in Grilly underwent a comprehensive redesign aimed at revealing its spatial potential and its direct relationship with the landscape. The interior layout was rethought to offer fluid perspectives, maximize natural light, and frame views of the lake and Mont Blanc.
The architectural approach is based on a sober and contemporary style: noble materials, a palette of neutral colors, careful details and visual continuity between spaces.
Un projet d’architecture intérieure sur mesure.
The intervention covered all living spaces, with specific work on:
Showcasing high-end furniture: Roche Bobois and Ligne Roset.
The clients already owned iconic pieces of furniture from the Roche Bobois and Ligne Roset collections. The project therefore incorporated an essential dimension: revealing and enhancing these existing elements.
The interior design was conceived as a jewel box.
This contemporary duplex project in Grilly illustrates a comprehensive approach to interior architecture: bespoke design, mastery of volumes, technical choices and support in the renovation.
As an interior designer working in Grilly, Gex, Divonne-les-Bains and throughout the Pays de Gex, the goal is to design unique spaces, adapted to lifestyles and enhancing real estate with high potential.
